This is the final BMPASS allocation before the supply is permanently locked.

Phase 2 establishes the excons Strategic Vault, a permanent ecosystem reserve created to support:

The Strategic Vault ensures excons has the foundation required to build durable, independent assets.
excons IP Division
With Phase 2, excons launches its IP Division, beginning development of its first original character and brand assets.
This initiative enables expansion into:
• Original characters and story universes • Publishing, media, and digital content • Scalable physical and digital products
This marks the beginning of excons-owned intellectual property.
Permanent Supply Lock
Remaining supply: 424 BMPASS Final supply: 1000 BMPASS (permanently fixed)
Once the remaining BMPASS are allocated, supply will be permanently closed.
Participation
Participation in the final BMPASS allocation is open to all interested participants.
To acquire BMPASS, transfer:
1.4 EGLD per BMPASS
to the official excons ecosystem wallet.

BMPASS delivery is processed in batches at each 100 allocation milestone (100/200/300/424).
Delivery occurs within 24–48 hours after each milestone is reached.
Allocation Details
• Price: 1.4 EGLD per BMPASS • Allocation method: First-come, first-served • Total remaining supply: 424 BMPASS
All EGLD collected during this allocation will be directed into the excons Strategic Vault and placed into staking to support the long-term stability of the ecosystem.
Reward pool and incentives are part of the allocation plan; no funds are reserved as a team mint or team treasury withdrawal. All funds are dedicated to strengthening the ecosystem reserve.

Phase 2 Participation Incentives
Participants in the final BMPASS allocation will receive a set of ecosystem incentives designed to support engagement during the Phase 2 transition.
Participants will receive:
• 5 × xKEY per BMPASS acquired Distributed instantly upon allocation.
• Eligibility for limited-edition excons NFT comics 3 winners will receive one of the 10 limited-edition copies – Operation Freedom comic edition.
• Eligibility for the 86 EGLD ecosystem reward pool
The reward pool will be distributed randomly among participants as follows:
1st place: 40 EGLD
2nd place: 20 EGLD
3rd place: 10 EGLD
4th place: 5 EGLD
5th–15th place: 1 EGLD each
These incentives are designed to support ecosystem participation and activity during the Phase 2 transition.
BMPASS and xKEY can be staked immediately after allocation.
